Transcripts

Transcript Request Form

All requests, whether made in person, by mail or fax, must be in writing and signed by the student. Sweet Briar College does not accept telephone, electronic mail, or third party requests for transcripts. Requests for transcripts are processed in the order they are received. Accelerated ordering and delivery are available for a fee.

There is no charge for transcripts.

Sweet Briar College does not fax or send EDI transcripts.

Sending a transcript to Sweet Briar College

Remember: The student is the only person who can request a transcript. We will not accept a request from anyone else, including parents or employer, unless they have a signed release from the student.

Please direct questions regarding transcripts to (434) 381-6179 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday or review the Transcript Frequently Asked Questions page.
